Grant from Synoptik-Fonden

Synoptik-Fonden has awarded a grant for the research project: ”Enhancing spatial navigation in blind and visually impaired individuals using Google Glass”. The project is led by Brian Due, PhD and assistant professor at CIRCD.

The project focuses on using glasses for navigational purposes for blind and visually impaired individuals. The project is collaborative and interdisciplinary research project between Brian Due (PhD and assistant professor, INSS) and Ron Kupers, (PhD and professor, SUND). Simon Bierring Lange (CIRCD) is employed as a research assistant on the project from January 2016.
